โครงการวิจัยเรื่อง การจัดการข้อมูลสำหรับจัดทำแผนที่มรดกทางวัฒนธรรมและภูมิปัญญา ท้องถิ่นรูปแบบดิจิทัล 3 ภาษา เพื่อส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยววิถีชุมชน พื้นที่ชุมชนลุ่มน้ำชีและลำเซบาย จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี จัดทำขึ้นโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษา สำรวจ และระบุแหล่ง ประวัติศาสตร์ ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น กิจกรรมทางสังคมและเศรษฐกิจที่มีคุณค่าต่อมรดกทางวัฒนธรรม ของท้องถิ่น 2) เพื่อจัดระบบข้อมูลของแหล่งมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมและภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นทั้งรูปแบบ ของทรัพยากรที่จับต้องได้และจับต้องไม่ได้ 3) เพื่อสร้างฐานข้อมูลองค์ความรู้วิถีชีวิตชุมชนโดยจัดทำเป็นแผนที่มรดกทางวัฒนธรรมในรูปแบบดิจิทัลระบบ 3 ภาษา ได้แก่ ภาษาไทย ภาษาอังกฤษ และ ภาษาจีน โดยใช้กระบวนการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม (Participation Action Research)

จากผลการดำเนินงาน ทำให้ได้ข้อมูลมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมและภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นของพื้นที่ ชุมชนลุ่มน้ำชีและลำเซบายอย่างเป็นระบบมากขึ้น และเผยแพร่ข้อมูลในรูปแบบดิจิทัล ผ่านการ พัฒนาเวปไซต์ 3 ภาษา ได้แก่ ภาษาไทย ภาษาอังกฤษ และภาษาจีน เพื่อเป็นการสร้างความ ตระหนักถึงคุณค่าของมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมในชุมชนลุ่มน้ำชีและลำเซบาย ให้เกิดความหวงแหนและ เกิดการอนุรักษ์ นอกจากนี้ ยังเป็นการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวชุมชนให้นักท่องเที่ยวทั้งชาวไทยและชาว ต่างประเทศเข้าถึงข้อมูลการท่องเที่ยววิถีชุมชนได้อย่างทั่วถึงมากขึ้น ซึ่งจะนำมาสู่การเพิ่มมูลค่าทาง เศรษฐกิจแก่ชุมชน

ผลจากงานวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ก่อให้เกิดการตื่นตัวของคนรุ่นใหม่ในชุมชนท่องเที่ยว โดยจะเห็นได้ จากกลุ่มเยาวชนท่องเที่ยวบ้านหนองบ่อ จะเป็นผู้ใช้ประโยชน์จากงานวิจัย โดยเป็นแกนนำหลักใน การบริหารจัดการฐานข้อมูลของแผนที่มรดกทางวัฒนธรรมชุมชนลุ่มน้ำชีและลำเซบาย จังหวัด อุบลราชธานี เพื่อที่จะส่งเสริมและกระตุ้นให้เกิดความร่วมมือของคนในชุมชนในด้านการจัดการ ท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรม และขยายผลต่อไปยังพื้นที่อื่นๆ ที่ต้องการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นของตนให้เป็นแหล่ง ท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมต่อไปในอนาคต

This research project aims to 1) to study, survey and identify historical sites. Local wisdom social and economic activities that are valuable to local cultural heritage 2) to organize information systems of cultural heritage sites and local wisdom, both forms of tangible and intangible resources 3) to know the way of life of the community by making a digital map of cultural heritage in three languages: Thai, English and Chinese by using a Participation Action Research process.

From the results of operations This resulted in a more systematic information on the cultural heritage and local wisdom of the Chi and Lam Se Bay basin community areas. And disseminate information in digital format through the development of a website in 3 languages: Thai, English and Chinese to raise awareness of the value of cultural heritage in the Chi and Lam Seby Basin communities. In addition, it promotes community tourism for both Thai and foreign tourists to gain more access to community tourism information. This will lead to adding economic value to the community.

The results of this research causing the awakening of the new generation in the tourism community, as can be seen from the Ban Nong Bo tourism youth group who will be a user of research. It is the main lead in database management of Chi and Lam Seby Basin Cultural Heritage Maps, Ubon Ratchathani Province, in order to promote and encourage cooperation of the people in the community in the management of cultural tourism. And expand the results to other areas who want to develop their local area into a cultural tourism destination in the future.
