This research was intended to research, design and development of processed products of community enterprises and OTOP in Ubon Ratchathani province. Targets have 2 groups including Ban But mat weaving group and community enterprise, housewives, weaving mats and processing products, Ban Kut Ka Sian, M. 11. Then survey of local identity and entrepreneurial potential, research on the umbrella plants dyeing process with natural colors and using a coloring agent, research on the prevention of fungus in the umbrella plants, design and develop processed products from umbrella plants, packaging development, and provide training in the process of umbrella plants dyeing with natural colors and prevention of mold in umbrella plants, were investigated. The results found the operator has the ability to weave mats, pattern, cut and molded into a wide variety of products. Ban Kut Ka Sian mat weaving group has processed 3 types of hat products. Ban But mat weaving group produces chair cushions and shoulder bag which the developed product prototypes were rated up to the highest level of satisfaction. The packaging contains tags, paper bag with group symbol stickers and the group logo embroidered cloth bags were rated at the highest level of satisfaction. The operator understands the procedure and be able to properly perform the umbrella plants staining and anti-mold treatment.
