บทคัดย่อ/Abstract
The purpose of this study was to study the general condition of wastewater management in the lower Mun Basin, Ubon Ratchathani Province. And study the appropriate wastewater management practices of community wastewater agricultural waste water industrial wastewater and wastewater from tourist attractions. Collecting data by analyzing water quality observation In-depth interviews and group discussions with executives’ community leaders and people in mueang Ubon Ratchathani District, Warin Chamrap District, Tan Sum District, Don Mot Daeng District, Phibun Mangsahan District, Khong Chiam District, Sawang Wirawong District and Sirindhorn District. The statistics used were descriptive statistics and content analysis.
The results showed that, there are two large community wastewater treatment systems, which are Ubon ratchathani municipality and Warin chamrap municipality. Municipalities that do not use integrated sewage treatment systems but use installations grease traps and houses and shops in community wastewater treatment. For large industrial plants, wastewater treatment systems are installed as required by law. Tourist attractions are equipped with grease traps, but not all areas are covered. Wastewater is released into natural water sources. For agricultural wastewater, there is no proper wastewater treatment. For wastewater management guidelines, there must be clear policies and programs on wastewater management. Consideration of laws that are consistent with the problems and operations in wastewater management. Municipal wastewater management can keep the water quality in natural water sources healthy. Factors affecting wastewater management include visionary and environmental management. have enough budget allocated There is a clearly responsible agency. There are clear policies/plans/projects on environmental management. Having good community leaders, people participated from recognizing the problem, making decisions, participating in activities related to wastewater management. Entrepreneurs are socially responsible.
