ชุดโครงการวิจัยเรื่องการพัฒนาห่วงโซ่คุณค่าของอุตสาหกรรมเมล็ดกาแฟในจังหวัด อุบลราชธานี ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วยโครงการย่อย คือ 1) กระบวนการพัฒนากลุ่มเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกกาแฟ ในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี 2) การวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนโลจิสติกส์ของอุตสาหกรรมกาแฟในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี 3) การพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการวัตถุดิบกาแฟระหว่างเกษตรกรและผู้ประกอบการในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี 4) การออกแบบเครื่องคั่วเมล็ดกาแฟที่เหมาะสมกับธุรกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม กรณีศึกษาโรงงานคั่วเมล็ดกาแฟในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี 5) การกำหนดตำแหน่งทางการตลาดและการจัดการของเมล็ดกาแฟคั่วพันธ์โรบัสต้าในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี เป็นชุดโครงการที่มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ พัฒนาห่วงโซ่คุณค่าของอุตสาหกรรมเมล็ดกาแฟ พัฒนากลุ่มเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกกาแฟ วิเคราะห์ต้นทุนโลจิสติกส์ พัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการวัตถุดิบกาแฟ ออกแบบเครื่องคั่วเมล็ดกาแฟที่เหมาะสมกับธุรกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม ตลอดจนกำหนดตำแหน่งทางการตลาดและการจัดการของเมล็ดกาแฟคั่วพันธ์โรบัสต้าในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี โดยใช้แนวคิด ทฤษฎีซึ่งประกอบไปด้วย บริบทการเพาะปลูกเมล็ดกาแฟในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานีและจังหวัดใกล้เคียง การวิเคราะห์ห่วงโซ่อุปทาน การบริหารกิจกรรมโลจิสติกส์ การวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนโลจิสติกส์ การกำหนดตำแหน่งผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการตลาด การควบคุมคุณภาพ การออกแบบเชิงวิศวกรรม และ การออกแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์ จากงานวิจัยครั้งนี้จะส่งผลสำคัญให้แก่สังคมท้องถิ่นในด้านต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ 1) ผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจกาแฟตลอดโซ่อุปทานได้ต้นแบบเครื่องคั่วเมล็ดกาแฟอัตโนมัติขนาดเล็กเพื่อรองรับการขยายโอกาสทางธุรกิจ 2) ผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจกาแฟสามารถประหยัดต้นทุนคงที่ในการลงทุนค่าเครื่องจักร 3) ผู้ประกอบการได้เครื่องต้นแบบเครื่องคั่วเมล็ดกาแฟที่เหมาะกับ SME 4) กลุ่มเกษตรกรในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานีได้ความรู้ในการปลูกเมล็ดกาแฟที่มีคุณภาพและมาตรฐาน 5) กลุ่มเกษตรกรมีรู้และสามารถนำความรู้ไปใช้เพื่อผลิตเมล็ดกาแฟที่มีคุณภาพ 6) กลุ่มเกษตรกร สถาน ประกอบการและผู้สนใจ ได้องค์ความรู้ด้านอื่น ๆ จากผลงานการวิจัยเพื่อน าไปประยุกต์ใช้ 7) เกษตรกรผู้ปลูกวัตถุดิบกาแฟและผู้ประกอบการในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานีได้แอพพลิเคชั่นในการจัดการวัตถุดิบเมล็ดกาแฟที่สามารถใช้กับสถานประกอบการ ซึ่งจากความสำคัญดังกล่าวจะส่งผลให้เกิดการพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ที่เหมาะสมกับท้องถิ่น สร้างโอกาสในการเป็นเจ้าของเทคโนโลยีที่สนับสนุนต่อความมั่นคงในการพัฒนาห่วงโซ่คุณค่าของอุตสาหกรรมเมล็ดกาแฟในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานีอย่างยั่งยืน

Case Study of Coffee Roasting Plant in Ubon Ratchathani Province 5) Determination of Marketing Position and Management of Robusta Roasted Coffee Beans in Ubon Ratchathani Province It is a set of projects aimed at Developing the value chain of the coffee bean industry Develop a group of coffee farmer’s logistics cost analysis Develop information systems for coffee raw material management. Design a coffee roaster suitable for small and medium-sized businesses. as well as determine the marketing and management position of Robusta coffee beans in Ubon Ratchathani province. using the theoretical concepts, which consist of Context of coffee bean cultivation in Ubon Ratchathani and nearby provinces supply chain analysis logistics activities management logistics cost analysis Marketing product positioning quality control Engineering design and packaging design From this research, it will have important impacts on the local society in various fields: 1) coffee business entrepreneurs throughout the supply chain have prototyped a small automatic coffee roaster to support expanding business opportunities; 2) business entrepreneurs Coffee can save fixed costs in investment in machinery 3) Operators have a prototype coffee roasting machine suitable for SMEs 4) Farmers in Ubon Ratchathani have knowledge of growing coffee beans with quality and standards 5) Group Farmers have knowledge and can apply their knowledge to produce quality coffee beans. 6) Farmers groups, establishments and interested parties. Gain other knowledge from research results to apply. 7) Coffee farmers and entrepreneurs in Ubon Ratchathani province have applications to manage coffee beans that can be used with their establishments. Action from such importance, it will result in the development of knowledge that is suitable for the locality. Create opportunities to own technology that supports stability in the sustainable value chain development of the coffee bean industry in Ubon Ratchathani province.
