การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการพัฒนา ภูมิปัญญาสมุนไพรพื้นบ้าน ของชาวบรู บ้านท่าล้ง อําเภอโขงเจียม จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี 2) เพื่อศึกษา แนวทางการพัฒนานวัตกรรมจากสมุนไพรพื้นบ้านของชาวบรู บ้านท่าล้ง อําเภอโขงเจียม จังหวัด อุบลราชธานี 3) เพื่อจัดทําหนังสือชุดความรู้ภูมิปัญญาสมุนไพรของชาวบรู บ้านท่าล้ง อําเภอโขงเจียม จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี 4) เพื่อจัดทํานวัตกรรมจากสมุนไพรของชาวบรู เพื่อวางจําหน่ายในชุมชนและเป็น สินค้าให้กับนักท่องเที่ยว การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยชุมชนซึ่งผู้วิจัยได้บูรณาการระเบียบวิธีวิจัยของศาสตร์ ทั้ง 3 สาขามาประยุกต์ใช้ในการวิจัย อันได้แก่ การศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพ การศึกษาแบบมีส่วนร่วม และการ วิจัยทางคติชนวิทยา ซึ่งผู้วิจัยเลือกใช้เครื่องมือในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก แบบสอบถาม แบบบันทึกการสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วม และไม่มีส่วนร่วมเพื่อเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย คือ ปราชญ์ชาวบ้าน ผู้นําชุมชน ชาวบรูบ้านท่าล้ง

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ด้านกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการพัฒนาภูมิปัญญสมุนไพร พื้นบ้านของชาวบรู บ้านท่าล้ง อําเภอโขงเจียม จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี ผู้วิจัยได้ดําเนินงานโดยการส่งเสริม การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนใน 6 ขั้นตอน ตามลําดับต่อไปนี้ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การสํารวจข้อมูลภูมิปัญญา สมุนไพรพื้นบ้านในชุมชนไทยบรู บ้านท่าล้ง ขั้นตอนที่ 2 จัดเวทีชุมชนเพื่อระดมความคิดเห็น ขั้นตอนที่ 3 จัดอบรมให้กับคนในชุมชน ขั้นตอนที่ 4 ร่วมกับชุมชนในการผลิตนวัตกรรมสมุนไพรไทยบรู ขั้นตอนที่ 5 นําข้อมูลที่ได้มาสังเคราะห์ เพื่อจัดทําหนังสือชุดความรู้สมุนไพรไทยบรู ขั้นตอนที่ 6 จัดเวทีคืนความรู้ สู่ชุมชน ด้านแนวทางการพัฒนานวัตกรรมจากสมุนไพรพื้นบ้านของชาวบรู บ้านท่าล้ง อําเภอโขงเจียม จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี สามารถสรุปได้ 3 แนวทาง คือ 1) การพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์สมุนไพรไทยบรูที่มีความ หลากหลาย 2)การยกระดับคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์สมุนไพรไทยบรูให้มีมาตรฐาน และ 3)การพัฒนา ผลิตภัณฑ์สมุนไพรที่ตอบสนองความต้องการของชุมชน นักท่องเที่ยว ธุรกิจโรงแรม และภาคส่วนต่าง ๆ อันจะสามารถสร้างรายได้ให้กับชุมชนชาวบรูมากยิ่งขึ้น ด้านการผลิตนวัตกรรมสมุนไพรไทยบรู พบว่า นักวิจัยร่วมกับชุมชนในการผลิตนวัตกรรมสมุนไพรไทยบรู เพื่อวางจําหน่ายเป็นสินค้าให้กับนักท่องเที่ยวและธุรกิจโรงแรม ร้านค้าหนึ่งตําบลหนึ่งผลิตภัณฑ์ในพื้นที่อําเภอโขงเจียม อําเภอใกล้เคียง และศูนย์แสดงสินค้า OTOP ในอําเภอเมือง จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี หรือการพัฒนาในเชิงพาณิชย์ เป็นกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน โดยชุมชนพัฒนา 2 ผลิตภัณฑ์ คือ การพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์สมุนไพรมาส์กหน้าชีดิน และผลิตภัณฑ์ยาบํารุงร่างกายไทยบรู

The objective of this research is 1) to study the participation process of the community in development. Local herbal wisdom of Bru Ban Tha Long, Khong Chiam District Ubon Ratchathani Province 2) to study the innovation development from folk herbs of Bru Ban Tha Long, Khong Chiam District Ubon Ratchathani Province 3) to create a book, knowledge, wisdom and local herbs of Bru Ban Tha Long, Khong Chiam District Ubon Ratchathani Province 4) to make innovations from Bru's herbs to be sold In the community and as a product to tourists. This research is a community research in which the researcher has integrated research methodology of all 3 disciplines to apply in this research, which are qualitative studies. Cooperative education And folklore research The researcher chose to use research tools such as in-depth interview, questionnaire. Record of Participatory Observations and did not participate in collecting data from the sample groups in the research, namely villagers, community leader of Bru Ban Tha Long people.

The study found that The process of community participation in the development of folk herbal wisdom of Bru Ban Tha Long, Khong Chiam District Ubon Ratchathani Province. The researcher performed the work by promoting community participation in 6 steps as follows: Step 1: Survey information on traditional herbal wisdom in the Thai Bru Ban Tha Long community. Step 2 Organize a community forum for brainstorming Training for people in the community. Step3 Organize a battle for the people in the community. Step 4 Join the community in the production of Thai Bru herbal innovation. Step 5 Use the obtained information to be synthesized. To create a book, knowledge, Thai Bru herbs, Step 6, organize a forum to return knowledge to the community Innovation development approach from local herbs of Bru Ban Tha Long, Khong Chiam DistrictUbon Ratchathani Province Can be summarized in 3 ways: 1) Development of a wide variety of Thai Bru herbal products. 2) Upgrading the quality of Thai Bru herbal products to have standards, and 3) Developing herbal products that meet the needs of the community. Tourist, hotel business,hotels and other sectors will generate more income for the Bru community. In the production of Thai Bru herbal innovation, it was found that researchers worked with the community to produce Thai Bru herbal innovations. To be sold as a product to tourists and hotel business One tambon One product store in Khong Chiam district area Nearby districts and the OTOP Exhibition center in Muang District, Ubon Ratchathani Province or commercial development is a community enterprise group By the development community, 2 products are the development of herbal products, face masks,clay and Thai Bru Body tonic products.
