งานวิจัยการพัฒนาระบบแนะนำการท่องเที่ยวทางธรรมชาติในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี บนอุปกรณ์สื่อสารชนิดพกพา (ระยะที่ 2) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจในการใช้ระบบแนะนำการท่องเที่ยวทางธรรมชาติในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี บนอุปกรณ์สื่อสารชนิดพกพา จากนักท่องเที่ยวหรือชาวบ้านที่อาศัยอยู่บริเวณสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว ในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี เครื่องมือในการวิจัยได้แก่ 1. โปรแกรมระบบแนะนำการท่องเที่ยวทางธรรมชาติในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี บนอุปกรณ์สื่อสารชนิดพกพา 2. ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของระบบโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม จำนวน 400 ชุด   ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ นักท่องเที่ยวที่เดินทางมาท่องเที่ยวภายในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของระบบ ที่มีต่อการพัฒนาระบบแนะนำการท่องเที่ยวทางธรรมชาติในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี บนอุปกรณ์สื่อสารชนิดพกพา (ระยะที่2) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

 กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากในด้านข้อมูลที่นำเสนอแหล่งท่องเที่ยวทางธรรมชาติมีความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด เกี่ยวกับปุ่มการทำงานมีความเหมาะสม ใช้งานง่าย ชื่อเมนู สื่อความหมาย เข้าใจง่าย รองลงมาในระดับมาก คือ ความง่ายในการใช้งานระบบ และความเหมาะสมของการกำหนดสิทธิ์ผู้ใช้งาน มีความพึงพอใจเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลที่มีรายละเอียดเพียงพอต่อการท่องเที่ยว  โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
