การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาภูมิปัญญาผลิตภัณฑ์จากไม้พื้นบ้านนวัตกรรมชุมชน อันจะนำไปสู่นวัตกรรมชุมชนเชิงสร้างสรรค์2)เพื่อพัฒนาต้นแบบนวัตกรรมชุมชนผลิตภัณฑ์จากไม้พื้นบ้าน ตามแนวชายแดนจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี โดยใช้แนวคิดเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์3)เพื่อสร้างชุดความรู้ภูมิปัญญาผลิตภัณฑ์จากไม้พื้นบ้านนวัตกรรมชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืน การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยชุมชนซึ่งผู้วิจัยได้บรูณาการระเบียบวิธีวิจัยของศาสตร์ทั้ง 3 สาขามาประยุกต์ใช้ในการวิจัย อันได้แก่ 1) การศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพ 2) การวิจัยแบบมีส่วนร่วม และ3) การวิจัยทางคติชนวิทยา ซึ่งผู้วิจัยเลือกใช้เครื่องมือในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก 2) แบบสอบถาม) 3) แบบบันทึกการสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วม 4) แบบบันทึกการสังเกตแบบไม่มีส่วนร่วม ทั้งนี้ผู้วิจัยจะได้รวบรวมข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล นำเสนอผลการวิจัยแบบพรรณนาวิเคราะห์

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1. ด้านความหลากหลายของภูมิปัญญาผลิตภัณฑ์จากไม้พื้นบ้านในชุมชนชายแดน จังหวัดอุบลราชธานีพบว่ามี 2 ประเภท ได้แก่ 1)รูปแบบผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องไม้พื้นบ้านในชุมชนชายแดนจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี ได้แก่ ชุดโต๊ะรับแขกขนาดใหญ่ ชุดโต๊ะรับประทานอาหาร และชิงช้า 2)อุปกรณ์และเครื่องมือเครื่องใช้ในผลิตเครื่องไม้พื้นบ้านในชุมชนชายแดนจังหวัดอุบลราชธานีพบว่ามี 9 ชิ้น ได้แก่ 1) ค้อน 2) ตะปู 3) สว่านไฟฟ้า 4) เลื่อยไฟฟ้า 5) ลูกหมู 6) กบไฟฟ้า 7) กระดาษทราย 8) สี และ 9) แปรงทาสี

2.ด้านการพัฒนาต้นแบบนวัตกรรมเครื่องไม้พื้นบ้านพบว่าชุมชนได้เข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาต้นแบบนวัตกรรมเครื่องไม้พื้นบ้านในชุมนชายแดน 5 ชนิด ได้แก่ 1) ผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องไม้รูปปลาบึก 2) ผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องไม้รูปปลากระเบน 3) ผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องไม้รูปเต่า 4) ผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องไม้รูปช้าง 5)ผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องไม้รูปคนทั้งนี้ในการพัฒนาต้นแบบนวัตกรรมเครื่องไม้ในชุมชนชายแดน จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี มี 8 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1) การหาไม้น้ำ 2) การออกแบบรูปทรง 3) การฝ่าหรือตัดไม้ 4) การไสหน้าไม้ 5) การประกอบชิ้นส่วน 6) การขัดไม้ 7) การทาสี 8) การบรรจุเพื่อรอส่ง

3.ด้านการสร้างชุดความรู้ภูมิปัญญาเครื่องไม้พื้นบ้านในชุมชนชายแดนจังหวัดอุบลราชธานีประกอบด้วย 3 บท ได้แก่บทที่ 1 ภูมิปัญญาเครื่องไม้พื้นบ้านในชุมชนชายแดน จังหวัดอุบลราชธานีบทที่ 2 ประเภทของผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องไม้พื้นบ้านของชุมชนชายแดนจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี และบทที่ 3 การพัฒนาต่อยอดผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องไม้พื้นบ้านสู่นวัตกรรมชุมชน

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the wisdom of local wood products from community innovations. which will lead to creative community innovation 2) To develop a prototype of community innovation for local wood products along the border of Ubon Ratchathani Province using the concept of creative economy 3) to create a knowledge set, wisdom, local wood products, sustainable community innovation This research is a community research in which the researcher has integrated the research methodology of the three fields of science to apply in research which are 1) qualitative research 2) participatory research and 3) educational research. folklore The researcher chose to use the research tools: 1) an in-depth interview form 2) a questionnaire 3) a participant observation record form 4) a non-participant observation record form. The researcher will collect information. analyze data present the research results in a descriptive and analytical form

The results of the study showed that 1. Diversity of wisdom of local wood products in the border communities Ubon Ratchathani Province found that there are 2 types as follows: 1) the form of folk wood products in the border communities in Ubon Ratchathani, which is a large reception table set. Dining table set and swing 2) Equipment and tools used in the production of local woodwork in the border community in Ubon Ratchathani Province found that there are 9 pieces, namely 1) hammer 2) nails 3) electric drill 4) electric saw 5) piglet 6) planer electricity 7) sandpaper 8) paint and 9) paint brush

2. In terms of the development of innovative prototypes of local woodworking tools, it was found that the community took part in the development of 5 types of innovative prototypes of local woodworking in the border communities, namely 1) Mekong-shaped wood products, 2) Stingray-shaped wood products. 3) Tortoise woodworking products 4) Elephant woodworking products 5) People woodworking products This is to develop a prototype of woodworking innovation in border communities. Ubon Ratchathani Province has 8 steps: 1) finding water logs 2) designing shapes 3) breaking or cutting wood 4) planing the wood 5) assembling parts 6) sanding the wood 7) painting 8) packed for delivery

3. On the creation of a knowledge set of folk wooden tools in the border communities in Ubon Ratchathani province, consisting of 3 chapters, namely Chapter 1, the wisdom of folk tools in the border communities. Ubon Ratchathani Province, Chapter 2, Types of Folk Woodware Products of Ubon Ratchathani Border Communities, and Chapter 3, Development and Extension of Traditional Woodworking Products to Community Innovation.
