งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อคำนวณต้นทุนโลจิสติกส์และเพื่อหาแนวทางในการลดต้นทุนโลจิสติกส์ ของอุตสากกรรมกาแฟในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี จากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับเกษตรกร ตัวอย่างจำนวน 30 รายและโรงคั่วกาแฟ 2 แห่ง ทำให้ทราบถึงรูปแบบการไหลของอุตสาหกรรม กาแฟในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี มี 3 รูปแบบ ได้แก่ รูปแบบที่ 1 เกษตรกรส่งสารกาแฟให้กับผู้รวบรวม ในท้องถิ่นและถูกส่งต่อให้กับโรงคั่วกาแฟ รูปแบบที่ 2 เกษตรกรส่งสารกาแฟให้กับสหกรณ์และถูกส่งต่อให้กับโรงคั่วกาแฟ และ รูปแบบที่ 3 เกษตรกรส่งสารกาแฟให้กับบริษัทพันธะสัญญาและถูกส่งต่อกับโรงคั่วกาแฟ ซึ่งโซ่อุปทานของกาแฟทั้ง 3 รูปแบบนำมาวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนโลจิสติกส์ด้วยวิธีต้นทุนฐานกิจกรรมร่วมกับตัวแบบอ้างอิงการดำเนินงานโซ่อุปทาน จากการวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนโลจิสติกส์พบว่า รูปแบบที่ 1 มีต้นทุนโลจิสติกส์รวม 7.7291 บาท/กิโลกรัม รูปแบบที่ 2 มีต้นทุนโลจิสติกส์รวม 9.9228 บาท/กิโลกรัม และ รูปแบบที่ 3 มีต้นทุนโลจิสติกส์รวม 14.0845 บาท/กิโลกรัม โดยต้นทุนโลจิสติกส์ที่เกิดขึ้นส่วนใหญ่เกิดจากการขนส่งทั้ง 3 รูปแบบ ดังนั้นหากมีการบริหารจัดการการขนส่งที่มีประสิทธิภาพจะสามารถลดต้นทุนโลจิสติกส์ในภาพรวมได้

This research aims to calculate logistics costs and to find ways to reduce logistics costs. of the coffee industry in Ubon Ratchathani Province. Based on in-depth interviews with 30 sample farmers and 2 coffee roasting plant operators It made them aware of the flow patterns of the coffee industry in Ubon Ratchathani Province, which consisted of 3 Model: Model 1: Farmers delivered coffee substances to local collectors and then transferred to coffee roasters. Model 2: Farmers deliver coffee substances to cooperatives and then to coffee roasters, and Model 3: Farmers deliver the coffee to the contracting company and it is then transferred to the roasting plant. The three coffee supply chains were analyzed for logistics costs using the activity-based cost method in conjunction with the supply-chain operation reference model. From the analysis of logistics costs, it was found that Type 1 has total logistics costs 7.7291 baht/kg, Type 2 has total logistics costs 9.9228 baht/kg, and Model 3 has costs. Total logistics 14.0845 baht/kg. Most of the logistics costs incurred are caused by all three modes of transportation, so if there is an efficient transportation management, logistics costs can be reduced in overall.
