งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพื้นที่ปลูกกาแฟพันธุ์โรบัสต้าในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานีและจังหวัดศรีสะเกษและเพื่อพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อสนับสนุนการวางแผนการจัดการวัตถุดิบกาแฟพันธุ์โรบัสต้า ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แบ่งขั้นตอนการทำวิจัยเป็น ขั้นตอน คือ 1) ศึกษาพื้นที่ปลูกกาแฟพันธุ์โรบัสต้าในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานีและจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ 2) การพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการวัตถุดิบกาแฟระหว่างเกษตรกรและผู้ประกอบการ โดยใช้วิธีวงจรการ พัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ (Systems Development Lift Cycles : SDLC) และพัฒนาระบบด้วยเว็บแอพฟลิเคชันด้วยภาษา PHP และ โดยเชื่อมต่อระบบฐานข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมจัดการฐานข้อมูล MySQL และทำการประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้ระบบสารสนเทศโดยผู้ใช้งานระบบประกอบด้วย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นเกษตรกรจำนวน 28 คน และ สถานประกอบการโรงงานคั่วกาแฟในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี 2 กิจการ จากจำนวนผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามจำนวน 30 ราย พบว่า ระดับความพึงพอใจใช้งานระบบในภาพองค์รวมซึ่งอยู่ในระดับมาก (X=4.05) โดยพบว่าผู้ใช้งานระบบมีความพึงพอใจเกี่ยวกับการใช้งานของระบบมากที่สุด ความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก (X=4.15) รองลงมา ความพึงพอใจเกี่ยวกับความถูกต้องในการทำงานของระบบ ความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก ( X=4.08) รองลงมาความพึงพอใจเกี่ยวกับความสามารถการทำงานของระบบ ความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก (X =4.01) และ ความพึงพอใจเกี่ยงกับประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานของระบบ ความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก (X=3.94) เป็นลำดับสุดท้าย

The objective of this research was to study the Robusta coffee plantation areas in Ubon Ratchathani and Sisaket provinces. for develop a participatory information system and support the planning of raw material management of Robusta coffee. n this research, the research process is divided into 2 steps: 1) Study of Robusta coffee plantation areas in Ubon Ratchathani and Sisaket provinces. 2) Development of information systems for coffee raw material management between farmers and entrepreneurs by using the System Development Lift Cycles (SDLC) method and developing the system with a web application in PHP by connecting the database system with the MySQL database manager and assessing the satisfaction of The use of information systems by users of the system consists of The sample consisted of 28 farmers and 2 coffee roasting factories in Ubon Ratchathani Province. From 30 respondents, it was found that the overall level of satisfaction with the system was at a high level (X= 4.05). It was found that system users are most satisfied with the use of the system. Satisfaction was at a high level (X=4.15), followed by satisfaction about the correctness of the system operation. Satisfaction was at a high level (X= 4.08) followed by satisfaction with regards to system functionality. Satisfaction was at a high level (X = 4.01) and satisfaction with the performance of the system. Satisfaction was at a high level (X =3.94) for the last order.
