การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์  1. เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาด้านการผลิตของโรงงานผลิตก้อนเชื้อเห็ดเห็ดใยบุญ 2. เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการผลิตของฟาร์มเห็ดใยบุญด้วยหลักลดความสูญเปล่า 3. เพื่อออกแบบและวางผังโรงงานให้เหมาะสม ลดระยะทางการเคลื่อนย้ายผลิตภัณฑ์ระหว่างผลิตก้อนเชื้อเห็ด จากการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาพบว่าปัญหาเกิดจากการจัดวางตำแหน่งแผนกและการจัดสรรสภาพพื้นที่การทำงานบางแผนกไม่เหมาะสม งานวิจัยนี้จึงนำเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของการผลิต คือ หลักการเทคนิคปรับปรุงงาน (ECRS) ในการปรับปรุงกระบวนการใหม่ และ หลักการวางผังโรงงานอย่างเป็นระบบ (SLP) ในการวางผังโรงงานใหม่ จากผลของงานวิจัยพบว่า การนำเทคนิคปรับปรุงงานสามารถลดเวลาในการทำงาน จาก 90,641.6 วินาที เหลือ 59,393.8 วินาที เวลาลดลงร้อยละ 34.47 และ การวางผังโรงงงานใหม่สามารถลดระยะทางจาก 159.7 เมตร เหลือ146.2 เมตร ระยะทางลดลงร้อยละ 8.5

The purposes of this research were: 1. to study primary problem of Yaiboon Mushrooms Farm productions, 2. to increase efficiency of mushroom cubes productions process, 3. To design a factory layout to reduce the total transportation distance of the mushroom cubes productions. From the analysis of the problem, it was found that caused by improper placement of departments and allocation of working space conditions.  This research brings tools used to increase the efficiency of production, ECRS principles to improve processes and principles laid out in the principle of Systematic Layout Planning (SLP)  in the factory layout.
